Keep Off Median (SIGNS: #AtoZChallenge)

Keep OffTo many, things were either black or white, either/or, yes or no. Sally did not think that way. She found herself usually seeing things in shades of grey, with “maybe” or “I’m not sure” leading her answers.

That is when she did answer. It was easier not to commit. It kept her out of arguments; once people got to know Sally, they automatically dismissed her, knowing she wouldn’t go one way or the other.

Sally became invisible in plain sight. It was comforting.

In the office, an argument was brewing; she casually walked right through it.

No one noticed.
